Have spent most of today reading this. It’s fascinating to learn about the desire to link arts and sciences in the 1930’s, architecture and social responsibility. It’s so interesting to learn about how this informed the architectural design of the day, and also the future. And now I bizarrely want to revisit Dudley Zoo, as I don’t think I fully appreciated the Lubetkin when I was 8. Great find from Oxfam books in Cheltenham yesterday.
